RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
* Kindly note that you will be responsible for all courier fees when returning an item or sending it for repairs.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :
- All items must be in their original packaging.
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
- Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole
- Originals receipts/receipt mail/order number would have to be included
If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges. If Wanderlust items were bought at any other outlet, please refer to their exchange policies.
Wanderlust Leather Co. regrettably does not do any cash refunds, but will gladly give store credit.
Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable either in our retail store or via our online portal.
1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All exchanges and returns need to be raised within 14 days. For Gauteng orders there is an option to exchange at our studio by appointment. For customers not close to our store, all requests for returns would need to be made via email on email@example.com and further instructions will be given.
2. EXCHANGES & RETURNS ONLINE
2.1 You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.
2.2 Kindly e-mail us your exchange request to firstname.lastname@example.org
2.3 Wait for our e-mail confirmation and the process to exchange your purchased shoes.
2.4 If the exchange is not a fault from Wanderlust Leather Co, an exchange fee of R200 will be required for the courier pickup and re-delivery.
2.5 All communication furthermore will happen via e-mail.
3. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
3.1 We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order
3.2 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
3.3 Wanderlust Leather Co makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose
3.4 Such returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of South Africa
3.5 All decisions made by Wanderlust Leather Co is final
4. REPAIR & WARRANTY ON SOLES AND OTHER ITEMS
We offer repair services for all our products. Drop us a mail at email@example.com and we’ll sort you out.
With regards to our Warranty on soles, we do offer exchanges/repairs on any factory faults. All items are under warranty for 6 months from delivery date.
For any repairs, a fee of R200 will be charged for Drilite soles & R265 for rubber soles.
The fee includes courier.
5. SIZING CHARTS
Please remember that when using our the sizing guide that it is only an estimate (the closest we can get to helping you find the right size).
We, therefore, will be able to exchange them for you with a smile but a courier fee of R200 will be charged for all returns & exchanges.
6. Colour Difference
6.1 Why does the colour of my product differ from the colour of the products on the website?
Leather is an authentic and unique material and no piece looks exactly the same due to its natural properties. At the tannery we can use the same colours on the leather but the result of each piece will still differ as every piece is not the same and has different characteristics.
Wanderlust Leather Co is committed to using only genuine leather for our products, part of owning a genuine leather item is having something unique that can never be duplicated in the exact same way. We think that’s kind of wonderful.
Here at Wanderlust Leather Co, we have pretty good return policies because we like you and we really do want to help you.
However, if you send back shoes for returns or repairs that has clearly gone on one too many adventures and is not suffering from a manufacturing fault, we regretfully won’t be able to help fix them, or alternatively, we would have to charge you for the repair or/and the courier costs.
