Free Delivery:

Enjoy FREE delivery for orders over R1500 within South Africa.

For orders below R1500, a delivery fee of R120 applies.

Delivery Restrictions:

Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military addresses,

or restricted areas at this time.

International Shipping:

Currently, we do not offer international delivery. However,

if you are a store or distributor from another country,

please reach out to us at wholesale@mooncollective.co.za,

and we will be happy to assist you.

Order Processing Time:

All our products are handcrafted and typically require

10 to 15 working days to complete.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor the delivery status through our local logistics partner. Please ensure your contact number is provided during checkout for courier communication.

Payment Options:

We accept payments through PayFast, SnapScan, and Direct EFT, offering various payment methods such as VISA, MASTERCARD, BITCOIN, and more.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! You can exchange or return items within 14 days, as long as:

• The original item is returned before we send a replacement.
• Items are in their original packaging, unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• You provide the original receipt, receipt email, or order number.

No Cash Refunds: We offer store credit only—sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

How to Request a Return:

• Email m@wanderlustleather.co.za for online returns.
• Western Cape customers can exchange in-workshop by appointment.

Courier Fees: If the return isn’t due to a fault on our side, a R200 fee covers courier pickup and re-delivery.

Free Returns:

We reserve the right to disqualify free returns if subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are the same as a previous order.

Damage Coverage:

Our policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage due to use or wear and tear of a product.

Warranty:

Moon Collective makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding any product. Our products are governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of South Africa.

Unique Leather:

Leather is an authentic and unique material, and no two pieces look exactly the same due to its natural properties. Even when using the same colours on the leather, each piece has different characteristics, resulting in variations. Moon Collective is committed to using genuine leather, providing you with a one-of-a-kind product that can never be duplicated in the exact same way.
